The main issue of our client was the lack of organization and communication between the IT department and the core business. A need for a streamlined development process was essential to guarantee future growth.
The Solution
Devoteam was tasked with setting up an Integration Competence Center as well as educating project managers. Using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform for the Integration Competence Center meant that users could access both on-premise and Cloud integration.
Devoteam also created an entirely new delivery process, covering business development through to development for production. Technical guidance allowed the client to become self-supporting while continuing the development of their API-led connectivity architecture.
