DreamFest – in the loop of Salesforce news

Salesforce

In the wonderful world of Salesforce, it is well known that Dreamforce is THE place to be. The flagship event which outlines the exciting future of what’s to come celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. But what about if you couldn’t go to San Francisco? How do you still keep up to date with the emerging trends and latest news? Well that’s what the idea behind Devoteam S Platform’s DreamFest was about.

It’s simple, we flew out to Dreamforce to soak up all the key takeaways and insights like a sponge and then deliver them in October ’22 at 4 events in London, Paris, Madrid and Spijk. Dreamforce’s focus was on 3 areas: Connect, Automate and Accelerate. But each individual area had a much deeper focus. Devoteam S Platform was dedicated to delivering these key areas of focus to our audience at DreamFest.

We began in London at the UK team’s brand new office. Devoteam S Platform were joined on the night by representatives from Salesforce, MuleSoft at Tableau. Sudhir Kulkarni, MuleSoft CTO in Devoteam S Platform, outlined what new products were coming from Salesforce including the MuleSoft Genie and the future of automation. MuleSoft automation continues to evolve at scale and customers can utilise MuleSoft automation to deliver a seamless customer 360 experience

Salesforce Genie is designed to support so many different areas including marketing, sales, service, commerce and Tableau data analytics.
